Haneul Labs does not operate separate registration, checkout, input forms, advertising, or visitor analytics within the site. The following information may still be processed where necessary.

Email inquiries

Your email address, sender name if set, subject, message, and attachments are used to review and respond to your inquiry.

Access and security

Our server access and security logs, and Cloudflare services used as a CDN, reverse proxy, and tunnel, may process IP addresses, browser or device details, request times, and other technical request information.

To suggest a suitable language, the site checks your browser language, region, and time zone on your device. Haneul Labs does not send that decision to its server or use it to build a profile about you.

If you dismiss the language suggestion, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It stays on that device and is removed when you clear the browser's stored data.

The site optionally uses the haneul-locale cookie, with a ko or en value, to remember your language choice and select the root-page redirect. It uses path /, SameSite=Lax, and a one-year max age; Secure is set over HTTPS. This cookie is used only for language preference. Deleting it or blocking cookies in your browser resets the saved choice, and the site may suggest a language again. The existing language-suggestion dismissal remains in device-only local storage and is removed when you clear that storage.

Email inquiry information is retained until the response and any necessary follow-up are complete, then deleted without undue delay. If applicable law or a dispute requires retention, it is kept separately only for that purpose and period, then deleted.

Electronic information is removed using the email and account deletion functions so it is no longer available in ordinary operations. Paper copies are not ordinarily created; any exceptional printout is shredded. You can remove local-storage values in your browser.

Access to inquiry information is limited to what is needed for the work. We do not create a separate member or advertising-analytics database, and use encrypted transport. Our server handles access and security logs; Cloudflare handles requests through its CDN, reverse proxy, and tunnel.

Haneul Labs does not sell personal information, disclose it to third parties without a legal basis, share it for advertising, or use third-party behavioral tracking.

The site runs on a Node.js server operated by Haneul Labs in Docker and uses Cloudflare as a CDN, reverse proxy, and tunnel. Our server handles site delivery and access and security logs. Cloudflare may process technical information while routing requests and providing network and security services.
