These terms apply to the website operated by Haneul Labs, its content, and downloadable resources. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms and any additional conditions shown with a specific resource.

The site provides research notes, product introductions, technical specifications, downloads, and Academy updates. Haneul Labs may add, revise, or change how this material is provided when needed.

The site does not currently accept payment or orders. Product information is not a binding offer or completed agreement. Pricing, availability, and other terms are confirmed separately through an inquiry and written agreement.

Unless stated otherwise, rights in the site's text, images, logos, and editorial design belong to Haneul Labs or their respective owners. Personal viewing and ordinary link sharing are permitted.

You may not remove rights notices, commercially redistribute content without permission, or interfere with the site's operation, security, or access controls.

Software, firmware, and documents provided by Haneul Labs may be downloaded and used to configure and operate compatible products. Unless a separate license allows it, you may not sell or redistribute the files or remove rights notices. This does not restrict rights granted by applicable law.

If a file includes a separate license or use condition, that condition controls. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses, and these terms do not restrict the rights those licenses grant.

Haneul Labs works to keep site information accurate, but does not promise that research or product specifications are always complete or current. Check the latest source before making an important decision. External sites are operated and controlled by their respective providers.

The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Haneul Labs limits its responsibility only to the extent permitted by law; nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot legally be limited, including for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Revised terms will be posted with a new effective date, and material changes will be announced before they take effect. The version in effect at the time applies to earlier use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through discussion; otherwise, applicable procedural and jurisdictional rules will apply.
